Zachary Carlson is Vice President and a third-generation owner of Insure Cryo, where he helps guide the company's growth, operations, and strategy across the cold and cryogenic storage market. With more than 18 years of industry experience and an MBA in Finance, he is a valued leader and industry partner.

Tom Sirek is Plant Manager at Insure Cryo, bringing 35 years of experience in the cryogenic manufacturing industry to the company's production floor. Since joining in 2022, he has drawn on deep, hands-on expertise to support consistent quality, reliable output, and the day-to-day execution behind Insure Cryo's cold and cryogenic storage products.
